The Kingston Family YMCA invites everyone to our Open House - Sat., July 19, 1 - 4 p.m. Take a tour, get a free two-week membership, swim in our new lap pool, relax in our hydrotherapy/leisure pool, check out Adventure Quest, our new kids' zone, and our new Squash Centre. Get in on the fun activities and demonstrations in the pool, or take part in a yoga, cycle, or fitness class. Barbecue from 12 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome! Located at 100 Wright Crescent, across Bath Road from the Kingston Center.
