We created this website in late 2004 to fill a gap in the Kingston online world. There were sites offering business listings containing only those willing to pay hundreds per year, and a few different sites with bits and pieces of coming events and tourism information, but most with their own agendas to promote. There weren't any sites with comprehensive business listings, community events, tourism information, and useful links and information all in one place, in an easy to follow format, so we created one!
